Orders generally ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays). Your items will be shipped once the post office reopens.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. Sorry for the inconvenience! We are working to expand with international shipping.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return, please email hello@hertzcrew.com with your order number in the subject line.

  • Initiate exchange within: 14 days of delivery
  • Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

Shipping costs are coved for exchanges. Hertz Crew does not cover return shipping costs for refunds to original payment method.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tag still attached. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please email and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your request (refund or send another product?)

Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.
